We need an individual/couple that can dedicate themselves to the representation of MNT Paraguay and the recruitment of missionaries among Paraguayan churches. There are a growing number of Paraguayan churches that are reaching out and becoming involved in missionary efforts, and we desire to be a part of what God is doing among them as He stirs their hearts, growing in their understanding of ministry amongst the least reached. This job would involve speaking in churches and conferences, meeting with local pastors and youth groups, the development of Spanish language (and possibly Guarani) materials for representation, and possibly some travel with pastors and/or prospective missionaries to tribal locations for the purpose of exposure and observation.

The person in this position would be using various publishing and design software programs to take a missionary team's Scripture translation project and prepare it for printing. The software used in this ministry includes Paratext, Publishing Assistant, Adobe InDesign, Photoshop and Adobe Acrobat.

The RN's primary role is that of Personal Care Attendant.  Additional responsibilities that the RN license allows include: 

• Perform the initial training and updates for ALF staff assisting with medications.  Possibly other initial staff training as well.

• Oversee the Annual TB screening at NTM Homes to include training nurses, obtaining the script from the doctor and record keeping.

• Assist and monitor the application of anti-embolism stockings or hosiery.
• Give prepackaged enemas pursuant to a physician's order.
• Take or supervise the taking of vital signs along with appropriate documentation.   Maintain a monthly ALF resident record of weight, blood pressure, and pulse rate. 
• Conduct weekly blood pressure clinic for ALF residents, retirees in independent housing and volunteers.
• Administer TB tests and read the results of said tests during annual staff TB screening.
• Fulfill Continuing Education Units as required by law to maintain your professional active RN license.
