Lance and Laura Ostman minister in the Philippines, doing translation among the Higaunon people. “We should be able to get more work done checking translation. Since our last update, we finished Nehemiah and have been working our way through the rest of Isaiah. This is not an easy book to translate. Thank you for praying. When we’ve completed that book, God willing, we can work our way through 1 and 2 Chronicles. What a blessing it will be to have these books completed and available for the Higaunon. Please continue to pray for a faithful translation that communicates well in the Higaunon language.” [For now], the Ostmans are taking time to work at their computers and keep a distance from the villagers. Pray that Scripture translation would progress well.
