Any of the following will be extremely helpful: CompTIA's A+, Network+, Linux+, Server+ or Microsoft' MCP, MCDST, MCAS, MCAP or Cisco's CCENT or CCNA. Demonstrated ability to quickly and effectively troubleshoot, find and repair hardware and software faults in computer and network equipment running a variety of operating systems. |
