Experience: | Term & Schedule - Preferred term: Minimum 2 years. - Work hours: 7:15 AM - 3:15 PM - Attendance at teacher meetings, chapels, and scheduled retreats is required. - Breaks aligned with the school year, except for planned activities. |
Comments: | This position is for a single person or a family. Benefits - Stipend: Living wage stipend, Based on years of service. - Tuition: Free for up to 3 dependents (4 if both spouses work at MCS). - Continuing Education Benefit after the first year of service. - Medical Insurance: Coverage for major medical, life, and evacuation (premiums covered by MCS). - Airfare: Round-trip tickets for staff and dependents (up to 4 tickets) every two years. - Housing: Furnished housing and monthly utility allowance provided. - Visa/Taxes: Visa fees and Indonesian taxes on MCS income are covered. - Although many teachers are able to live off of the stipend and benefits provided, we recommend raising additional support for furloughs, repatriation costs, college expenses for children, any outstanding debt, retirement, etc. |
