The Human Resources Director will plan, lead, direct, develop and coordinate the policies, activities, and staff of the Human Resource (HR) department, ensuring legal compliance and implementation of the organizations’ mission and talent strategy. The HR Director will also oversee staff operations, business planning and budget development of HR programs.

Requirements
Skills: | Master's Degree preferred. Possesses good interpersonal skills. Experience and training in cross-cultural transition is preferred. Agree to abide by decisions of the Board and Administration of Dakar Academy. |
