Use of commercial power equipment/machinery for facility grounds maintenance. Perform preventative and/or limited maintenance of the aforementioned equipment. Perform general grounds maintenance to include mowing, pruning, planting/transplanting and troubleshooting landscape problems, etc. Assist with the installation and maintenance/repair of irrigation system. Maintain and perform a pesticide and herbicide schedule with appropriate training. Other duties as assigned.
