| Skills: | Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in financial and operational management. Strong budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis skills. Excellent organizational and project management abilities. Proven leadership and team-building experience. Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-culturally. Personal commitment to the Christian faith and Dakar Academy’s mission. Preferred Qualifications: Master’s degree. Experience in international or educational settings. |
