Monitor Donor Perfect daily for new donations and add newly identified donors to all appropriate mailing lists.
Add new contacts collected from aviation events, visitors, Virtual Reality presentations, and prospects from the Personnel Department, ensuring each entry is properly annotated with the appropriate contact information.
Generate mailing lists from the contact/donor database to support all correspondence distributed by the media team.
- Use NCOA (National Change of Address reports) lists from USPS to update donor addresses in both Donor Perfect and NTMAAS.
- Use Constant Contact email reports to update email addresses with bounces, subscribes, and unsubscribes.
- Update donor record changes from donor correspondence.
- Review database reports and Ethnos360 statements to identify and flag new aviation donors for upcoming mailings.
- Collaborate closely with ministry advancement team members who engage with major donors.
- Provide training on effective use of the donor software.
- Ensure all donor interactions—both personal contact and mailing activity—are accurately recorded in each donor’s record.
- Represent Ethnos360 Aviation in communications with donor‑management and email‑service providers, coordinating issue resolution on behalf of the development team.
- Serve as the CRM Product Owner, directing the development roadmap and feature delivery to ensure accurate donor and donation tracking, correct GL code assignment, and complete giving histories for reporting and stewardship.
- Ensure all software‑related invoices are routed appropriately to the Treasurer or bookkeeper.
- Provide phone support to Ethnos360 Aviation constituents requesting updates to their address information or donation arrangements.
- Offer knowledgeable guidance to callers regarding donation options, processes, and giving methods.
