Room and screen patients, record vital signs and chief complaint. Perform medical procedures such as IV placements, suture removal, foley catheter, etc. Perform medical tests such as vision, hearing, and ECG tests. Assist physician with procedures such as minor surgeries. Basic wound care/management. Collect/process lab specimens. Provide patient discharge instructions and education. Complete patient charge forms when needed. Answer emails and return phone calls- (triage training and materials are available). Clean and stock procedure and exam rooms. Maintain accurate and complete nursing notes in patient medical records. Other duties as assigned.

Requirements
Skills: | RN or LPN. Registered/Licensed nurse preferred. Competent nursing skills are required; good computer skills including email (useful), Word (useful) and Excel (useful). Must be willing to work as a member of a team. This requires flexibility. Must be able to get along well with others. |

Experience: | Prefer at least one year experience as a registered/licensed nurse; emergency room experience desirable; other experience such as primary care nurse in physician setting may be useful. |
