Oversee the carpentry shop building and equipment. Use hand and power tools for facility maintenance. Perform preventative and/or limited maintenance of the above-mentioned tools. Install cabinets, tile, wood trim, windows/doors, and other “finish” woodwork. Set up forms for concrete work, assist with drywall installation. and assist with general repairs. Other duties as assigned.

| Skills: | • Have a valid Florida driver’s license. • Practice safety standards for the trades and willingness to keep up with new techniques. • General knowledge of building construction and maintenance. • Knowledge of and ability to use hand and power tools. • Be physically fit for hard, strenuous work in hot and humid weather. • Ability to work in a team and to be a self-starter. • Skills to supervise work groups and volunteers in construction and maintenance. • A growing relationship with Christ. • This position is open to career and associate members of Ethnos360. |
