Missionaries are training Higaunons to teach and lead the church.

One of the greatest needs in the Higaunon church is effective leadership.

Missionaries Lance and Laura Ostman have ministered among the Higaunon people of the Philippines for many years and are now training young men in leadership roles.

Several Higaunon villages are asking to hear God’s Word but there is no one to send to them. While some young men are being trained, at this time no one is able to effectively teach Firm Foundation lessons and bring the Gospel message to another village. Pray for Lance and Laura as they shepherd and disciple young men to assume this role.

Pray that the Higaunon church will soon have the type of leadership that will lead them to invest in eternity.
