The Director/Principal of a K-8 Campus is responsible for the spiritual, academic, physical and social welfare of the Academy.  He/she is the administrative head of the Academy and oversees the proper and efficient operation of that Academy.

Oversees single women's housing in fellowship with the rest of the Student Life Department and Operations. Maintains a general awareness of the overall well-being of students under her care, helping with needs as they arise and giving direction as needed. Oversee and assist the single women in student life function and spiritual growth. Assist in encouraging and leading in the physical and spiritual wellbeing of the single women. Plan formal Meetings: meet at least once a semester with the entire student body. Plan informal meetings: Be available on a daily basis. Make Room checks: Once a week. Other duties as assigned.
