· Oversight of the centre, including managing the facility and physical plant, centre security, guesthouse, supply, member care of those on-centre and NTM PNG members working in related departments.
· Responsible for community relations.
· Responsible for assisting, affirming, coaching, caring, training, encouraging, and developing the training of citizen employees in centre operations (maintenance, building, etc) and centre security.
· Manage departmental personnel by providing both leadership and accountability for proper function within the organization/department/team.

Partner with an NTM-PNG homeschooling family serving in a tribal location to help educate their school-aged students, helping to facilitate transitioning, and academic growth of the students they teach. The Tribe-Based Homeschool Helper is a primary resource to the parents to help them carry out the education of their children on the mission field.

Duration: Preferred for a full school year, but shorter options could also be beneficial to a family.

The purpose of the Business Office Accountant in NTM PNG is to reach the unreached, plant and nurture churches that continually glorify God, and empower national leaders to do the same by serving in an accounting ministry at the NTM PNG main office and assisting the organization in maintaining compliance with NTM PNG policies and with PNG and international law.

General maintenance responsibilities on the center, plus be willing and able to teach citizen workers in maintenance skills. 

Tech Services aims to meet the mechanical, electrical, automotive, construction, plumbing, and other technical needs of the NTM PNG church planting team. As a Tech Specialist, you will work alongside our citizen co-workers, training and equipping them with trade skills empowering them to engage in advancing God's plan to reach the unreached people of Papua New Guinea.

Room and screen patients, record vital signs and chief complaint.    Perform medical procedures such as IV placements, suture removal, foley catheter, etc. Perform medical tests such as vision, hearing, and ECG tests. Assist physician with procedures such as minor surgeries.  Basic wound care/management.  Collect/process lab specimens. Provide patient discharge instructions and education. Complete patient charge forms when needed.     Answer emails and return phone calls- (triage training and materials are available). Clean and stock procedure and exam rooms. Maintain accurate and complete nursing notes in patient medical records. Other duties as assigned.

Upon arrival in PNG church planters begin with study of the national trade language and PNG culture, orientation to the wider team and ministries and specific equipping for the PNG context. Keeping interdependence with the existing PNG National Church in mind, church planters will then form teams, move into ministry locations, and begin building relationships as students of the local culture and language. After reaching proficiency in a specific culture and language, the ongoing work toward church maturity is begun in earnest.  In most cases the church planting team is involved in creating a literacy program and training local teachers. Church planters will also produce a systematic Bible curriculum and translate Old Testament portions and the New Testament into the local language.  While performing those tasks, the work of the church planter is to live out the truths and are being taught, by word and deed discipling new believers toward maturity and training up leaders for the local church. 

• Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy to capture, organize, centralize, archive, maintain and access current and future organization-wide information.
• Train people to input and retrieve data. This includes:
  • Identify what information needs to be captured, both current and future.
  • Identify the uses of that information.
  • Develop methods to collect information.
  • Develop methods for personnel to access relevant information.
• Coordinate completion and collection of timely and routine reports.
• Gather information from other organizations, NGOs and government agencies.
• Compile and maintain a detailed inventory of existing information resources.
• Regularly reassess information strategies in light of company priorities and goals as well as technology changes.
• Develop and maintain documentation in these areas.

• Be on call for medical emergencies.
• Be responsible for all medical decisions regarding routine and emergency care.
• In emergencies decide where to obtain the appropriate level of care.  Prepare the patient for transfer when required. This includes writing reports and notifying all appropriate individuals.
• Maintain regular clinic hours, as possible, with flexibility to allow for on call hours, medical evacuations, etc.
• Supervise all medical care provided by the medical clinic, including all nursing functions, lab and pharmacy functions.
•  Meet with NTM-PNG leadership periodically.
