We were blessed to have been raised in Christian families and trusted in Christ when we were both young children. We were both exposed to the reality of unreached people groups when we were 18. Mike went on Ethnos360’s Interface trip to Papua New Guinea, and Jessica went with Ethnos Canada to the Philippines. God used these trips to confirm that His plan for each of us was to be missionaries and have a part in seeing people come to know, love, and serve Him.

After these trips we both attended Ethnos360 Bible Institute in Jackson, Michigan, which is where we met and were soon married. We continued on to the Missionary Training Centre in Roach, Missouri and spent two and a half years receiving training on cross-cultural ministry.

We arrived in the Philippines in February 2018 and are currently in full time Language and Culture study, learning Tagalog and the Filipino culture. We look forward to seeing how God will lead us in the coming years to be a part of reaching the lost here in the Philippines.
