Hi! We are Matt and Joan Gunther together with our daughter Lilith and our cat Tolkein. We’ve been a part of the training team for Ethnos Canada since 2003 and have been helping with Jungle Camp since 2011. We love being a part of Jungle Camp both because we enjoy nature and the simpler way of life during Jungle Camp but also because we like the focused time for strengthening relationships with our missionary candidates. When we’re not teaching in the training program or doing homeschool (Lilith and Joan) we enjoy camping and going to the beach. We’ve also been foster parents for a few years and have appreciated the opportunity to serve and love some of the neediest children in our community. We’re so glad to be able to serve in this ministry of training missionaries as a vital part of seeing churches established and growing in places where people have never heard of Jesus Christ!
